- rename tests/binaural to tests/hrtf_binary_loading 

- move test_renderer_with_or_without_binary_hrir_BE_comparison.py to tests/hrtf_binary_loading
- rename test files for clarity and update python imports accordingly
- revert modified testcases in test_renderer.py
