Default reverb configuration for BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB mode

As continuation of issue #587 and its solution MR !1765 (merged), there was an agreement that the default reverb parameters for BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB mode should explored and decided on. This issue covers now the continuation work and also an MR is provided with an initial solution.

In general, the different formats of IVAS and the contents that they usually carry are not equal in the sense that how much added reverberation is suitable for them. For example, dry object signals and multi-channel to some extent may benefit from more added reverberant energy. On the other hand, captured signals (e.g., MASA and likely some of SBA signals) often contain some form of ambience or reverberation and adding too much reverberation in rendering is very easy. However, even these formats (based on performed IVAS demos) may benefit from some added mild room effect to improve perceived externalization in binaural rendering.

Hence, it seems logical that the default reverb parameters would be defined per format. As this is also a form of default operation, it would make sense do the tuning for this release of IVAS instead of going with the interim defaults.
