TD renderer gain range and BASOP scaling for object editing

The supported gain range of the object editing is +12 dB, but the TD renderer has a limit of +6 dB (factor 2).

The BASOP gain calculations should be done in Word16 and perhaps unified with OMASA and OSBA.
