[rendering] update/share scripts for FastConv and Parametric renderer HRTF table generation

The scripts to generate ROM tables from SOFA for the FastConv and Parametric renderers need to be updated to produce a binary blob similar to the TD Object renderer (and soon Crend #311 (closed)).
