Reason why this change is needed

  • In the case of bitrate switching in SBA or OSBA format which involves a change in the number of analysis channels, the use of HP20 filtering at the encoder is wrong.

Description of the change

  • Correctly HP20 filter first frame after the bitrate switching for all analysis channels.

Affected operating points

  • Affects SBA and OSBA bitrate switching
  • Bitstream is non-BE but BC.
