[Non-BE] Resolve "JBM OSBA: the gains for the discrete objects are not computed"

Reason why this change is needed

In the case of discrete objects in the OSBA format, the gains are never computed because of missing clauses for the different OSBA renderer types in the ISM JBM digest function.

Description of the change

Add the approbriate OSBA renderer types to the correct clauses in the ISM JBM digest function.

Affected operating points

  • OSBA JBM output with discrete objects
  • Produced bitstream is BE compared to previous state (no encoder changes).
