[CI] Updates to script config files

Remove the 2Dir MASA entries from ltv and sidstart configs -> as the files are identical there, this is just unnecessary processing, different directional MASA metadata is covered in the testvectors themselves.

Use new ltv files for MASA modes in scripts/config/ci_linux_ltv.json -> so far, the short ones have been used

Add OMASA and OSBA modes to scripts/config/ci_linux_ltv.json. For OSBA, no testvectors exist yet, though.
