With the new longer testvectors,the MASA sanitizer tests take longer now. On the runner with the most cores, it finished just before the timeout of 3h (see https://forge.3gpp.org/rep/ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec/-/jobs/165405). Increased it to 5h.
