Resolve "Add rendering tests with 5ms path"

Reason why this change is needed

• constants.py:FRAMING_5MS_TO_TEST tests only 20ms framing, this should contain both values. This means currently 5ms is not tested at all.

Description of the change

• Added updates to renderer test to properly test 5ms framing.

Affected operating points

• Renderer Smoke test and BE comparison test for CI.
