Reason why this change is needed

  • Confusing function and parameter names after NONBE_UNIFIED_DECODING_PATHS was introduced.

Description of the change

  • Rename function/parameter names such as _jbm appendix is used only in JBM-related functions/parameters.
  • Correct comments wrt. non-JBM vs. JBM terminology

Affected operating points

  • All is BE.
