[CI] Missing get_mld arguments in tests, for IVAS BASOP repo

Reason why this change is needed

I missed importing the fixes for the tests. Hence, the MLD tool is not run in the BASOP repo.

Description of the change

Ported the fixes by @kiene to the tests in ci/basop-ci-experiments

Affected operating points

All CI, should have no effect neither on the IVAS PC code nor on the tests.
