Reason why this change is needed

• Rendered output in MC mode sounds distorted with 5 ms and 10 ms rendering frames

Description of the change

• "p_tc[n]" buffer offset is properly updated with each subframe

Affected operating points

• MC modes with 5/10 ms framing
• Produced bitstream is BE compared to previous state.
• MC output in 5/10 framing modes is NON-BE
