Remove binnew

Reason why this change is needed

HRTF file format has changed during the previous merge, to avoid ci tests to fail old and new binary have been provided. The old HRTF file format is no longer needed.

Description of the change

  • Copy *.binnew to *.bin hrtf binary files. Remove *.binnew. Remove code within define FIX_OLD_BINARY_FORMAT.

  • All is BE.
