[CI] Fix HRTF binary loading tests

Reason why this change is needed

• The record_property argument was added to the renderer tests but since the HRTF loading tests were on another branch, this was not updated there prior to merge

Description of the change

• Fix Renderer HRTF binary loading tests to work correctly

Affected operating points

• Tests only, which are currently not used in CI
