[CI] Sanitizer test with ltv signals

In issue #1010 (closed), a problem was only detected by running the self_test_ltv.prm test with sanitizers. The difference to the sanitizer tests in the MR pipeline is that longer/more content is used. The difference to the long sanitizer tests is that some specific features (like e.g. render config, external hrtfs) are not used. So adding this on a schedule would improve testing coverage.
