[CI] add 5ms and 10ms runs to sanitizer tests

With the extended 10ms and 5ms render framesize test in the MR pipeline, we removed the 5ms framesize cases from the self test prm files. This means that currently the shorter render sizes are not run in any sanitizer test. This MR adds them to the jobs in the MR and the schedules pipelines.
