Minor fix on expression for matching evs non be tag

norvell requested to merge Ericsson/ci-evs-non-be-tag-fix into main

Changed "[evs[ -]non[ -]*be]" to "[evs[ -]*non[ -]*be]" to allow any combinations of spaces/hyphens between EVS and non-be in the tag.
