[CI] Fixes in ivas-conformance, and adding a Linux-based job for comparison

Reason why this change is needed

  • Adds a Linux variant of the ivas-conformance job for comparison reasons.
  • Important fix in Windows variant (added git pull) which will cause the ivas-conformance test to fail.

Affected operating points

  • None, CI only. Does not affect any of the automatic pipelines. The conformance jobs are only triggered manually.
