[CI] add more decoder arguments to long sanitizer tests

Adding some decoder arguments to the ltv sanitizer runs that have been missing so far

  • add -no_diegetic_pan X to decoder part of StereoDmxEVS run, X is a random panning gain
  • pass -t and -exof for binaural output cases, both with randomly generated trajectory files
  • add -otr avg to binaural output cases
