The longer selftest sanitizer jobs run into a timeout: https://forge.3gpp.org/rep/ivas-codec-pc/ivas-codec/-/pipelines/31345. Reason is that we added the 5ms and 10ms renderer framesize decoder runs. Increased timeout to 2 hours to address this.
