Reason why this change is needed
- When signaling the number of objects, in the low bitrate OMASA, prerendering coding mode, for the cases where the number of objects should be written on 2 bits only, an extra bit is redundantly written.
Description of the change
- The 3 and 4 objects are signaled with 2 bits (instead of 3) and only the 1 and 2 objects are signaled with 3 bits.
Affected operating points
- non-BE, non-IO, non-BC in OMASA low bit rates, where pre-rendering coding mode is used (until 16.4kbps for 1 obj and up until 24.4kbps for 2,3,4 objects.
