[CI] Resolve "Remove redundant SBA EXT output tests"

Reason why this change is needed

• Errors in the original SBA EXT output tests were fixed in MR !1555 (merged). However, the original buggy tests were not removed. This is to remove those buggy test cases.

Description of the change

• Original buggy test cases were removed from self_test.prm.
