[BASOP-CI] basop-ci-related changes for test result presentation on gitlab pages

Reason why this change is needed

Make ci/get_id_of_last_job_occurence.py usable in the BASOP repository. It is needed for setting up better presentation of CI results and visual representation of MLD measures over time.

• more stuff needed for gitlab pages setup.
