Adjust mct max channels

While working on issues regarding MCT I noticed the MCT_MAX_CHANNELS is set to 12 although the LFE is no longer being coded within the MCT path. The actual max number of MCT channels is therefore 11. Modifying the constant value to 11 brings a stack memory reduction of approx 5%
