[CI] Fix for not collecting failed complexity run numbers into the gitlab pages webpage

Jan Kiene requested to merge ci/pages-job-collect-failed-complexity-jobs-too into main

Complexity jobs now fail if the numbers change too much from the last run. The script in the pages setup job that collects the artifacts from them so far ignores failed jobs. This needs to be changed.
