Increase parameter variance for MASA tests

Description

This is a continuation for MASA test refactoring done in !1651 (merged). This introduces input and output sample rate variation, covers the discovered coverage reduction in DTX and adds one complex combination of rate switching, DTX, and FER.

Also corrects the naming of LTV test cases to be correct as there is no separation between 1dir and 2dir there.
