Description of the change

• Formal improvements around OBJ_EDITING_INTERFACE introduced in !1505 (merged).
• Add sanity check for using objects editing feature; define related API error; print out an info when objects editing is enabled.
• Fix bitrate switching in OMASA/OSBA.
