[non-BE] Fixes issue 1139 to prevent sound coloration artefacts at very low reverberation times

Reason why this change is needed

  • It was noted in issue that the CLDFB-based binaural reverb does not work ideally for very short RT60 times.

Description of the change

  • The fix adjusts reverb parameters when they could cause artifacts.

Affected operating points

  • This is non-BE when parametric binauralizer is used with reverb.
