[CI] Add MASA LTV cases to remove_unsupported_testcases.py

Reason why this change is needed

• LTV test cases are failing for the float reference ivas-float-update in the BASOP repo.

Alternative solution: align names of STV/LTV test cases.

Removes duplicated test case in LTV.

Description of the change

• Added two failing test cases to ci/remove_unsupported_testcases.py

Affected operating points

• BASOP CI LTV tests.
