[CI] Fix for test_26444.py when getting objective measures

Reason why this change is needed

  • This is low prio, but there are a few fixes to get the test_26444.py running with objective measures. I plan to include the results from sa4/audio/ivas-basop#891 (closed) in the Decoder/Renderer verification report, and I wanted the updated numbers for JBM.

Description of the change

  • Added absolute path for the bitstreams and outputs when the float decoder is used to decode and compare the bitstreams. Also, the categorization adds "EPF" to the FER test cases in parse_xml_report.py.

Affected operating points

  • Affects output when running tests/test_26444.py with objective measures such as MLD, PEAQ, SSNR and MAX ABS DIFF.
