[CI] Make GetWmops.sh work for basop repo + add proper naming to complexity logfiles

To measure complexity on the ivas-float-update branch in BASOP repo, these changes are needed.

Additionally, the naming of the wmops_newsletter files was not good. Now it has the respective input and output format names.
