add missing ism modes with extended metadata to selftest.py

Reason why this change is needed

A test case for ISM+1 was added in #1229 (closed) but the mode is not present in self_test.py causing the script to crash.

Description of the change

Add missing modes ISM+1, ISM+2, ISM+3 to self_test.py
