[CI] Fix LTV self test case.
Description
!1904 (merged) changed some tests and there seems to one case of MASA test in LTV where number of channels parameter is misaligned with the input data. Although LTV test was run for the MR, this seems to have been introduced in later reshuffling.
This has popped up in recurring fail of coverage test.
