[CI] add eid-xor and netsim command from test_param_File to logs

Jan Kiene requested to merge ci/fix-logging-of-bs-proc-tools-for-test-param-file into main

The command line logging for the bitstream processing tools does not work for all tests because test_param_file.py of course does everything differently than everything else... This MR adds the logging there as well. Tried harmonizing everything first, but this took too much time and is risky of breaking other things.
