[BASOP CI] Fix for PEAQ renderer tests part 2

Fix for failing renderer tests with PEAQ in BASOP CI. When the input is MONO or STEREO, the renderer cannot render to BINAURAL. Hence, if the input is supported by PEAQ, we render the outputs to the same format.
