[CI] Allow filtering out known-broken smoke test items in BASOP repository

Fabian Müller requested to merge mullerfa/basop-smoke-test-fixes into basop-ci-branch

This commit adds a script that can optionally be called in the BASOP repository during the smoke test. The script removes test items from the JSON config we know are broken and will be fixed eventually when the porting proceeds.
