[CI] Fix for fs in cmp_pcm.py

Reason why this change is needed

  • The tests in BASOP CI are incorrect. MLD scores are unexpectedly low.

Description of the change

  • Removed the *1000 on the fs in cmp_pcm.py. It seems it came with the dmx comparison update. Does that code assume fs is in kHz somewhere?

Affected operating points

  • BASOP CI comparisons.
