Reason why this change is needed

  • BASOP split rendering code does not build.

Description of the change

  • Added patch for difference with fft folder. It is there in lc3plus float, but not in BASOP
  • Add more defines to be set for lc3plus
  • Attempt to remove macro Dyn_Mem_Deluxe_{In,Out} Dyn_Mem_{In,Out}, but this part does not work. This also breaks the compilation after wmc_tool has run.
  • Update the script to be independent of cwd (see !2003 (merged))
  • Remove PROJECT argument and dynamically detect presence of relevant directories
