[BASOP-CI] report regressions and improvements in separate files

Previously, the BASOP regression check jobs only reported regressions and not improvements. Improvements were added now, but the scritp writes both to the same csv file. In the case where no regressions, but improvemetns are detected, the file is messed up.

  • report regressions and improvements in separate files -> anyway better
