[CI] [non-BE] Selftest: test binaural renderers granularity changing

Reason why this change is needed

Some binaural renderers granularity changing scenarios are not currently tested (see https://ivas-codec-pc.3gpp.org/ivas-codec/coverage/lib_dec/ivas_jbm_dec.c.gcov.html, lines 1442-1580):

  • MC format involving switching with TD and Crend
  • ISM format involving switching with Crend
  • OSBA format involving switching with TD rend

Description of the change

  • Cover untested binaural renderers granularity changing scenarios.
  • Correctly set the granularity in OSBA, bitrate switching to Disc mode, JBM, and BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB output, under NONBE_1303_GRANULARITY_OSBA_REND

Affected operating points

  • All is BE except OSBA, bitrate switching to Disc mode, JBM, and BINAURAL_ROOM_REVERB.
