[Non-BE] Resolve "OMASA EXT incorrect output with object editing"

Reason why this change is needed

  • OMASA EXT output provides incorrect values, when object editing is performed (mix of original ISM metadata values, and edited values)

Description of the change

  • Corrects the metadata and transport outputs in the affected operating points.

Affected operating points

  • Limited to decoder so bitstream is BE and interoperable
  • Non-BE with OMASA to EXT output and applying object editing. Limited to 1_SEP_PARAM and DISC modes there.
