Align test cases with BASOP CI, affects test_sba.py and test_renderer.py

Hi @kiene,

It seems the tests in the basop-ci-branch do not run the renderer tests, and it does not use the --use_ltv for the test_sba.py. This is an attempt to align with the TEST_SUITE variable of the BASOP CI.
