[CI] Complexity measurement cleanup + fix metadata for mouseover popups

This MR removes a lot of debugging printouts from the complexity job logs to de-clutter the console log. A fix for the mouseover popup information is also included which should fix some non-matching info in the latest BASOP complexity pages.
