[CI] fix complexity latest log for basop reference

Getting the float reference complexity numbers from ivas-float-update branch in BASOP complexity measurements is buggy since introducing the split-by-levels complexity plots. This should fix it.

Additionally, this contains a fix for the create_report_pages.py script which was broken by the split comparison merge. The csv delimter was changed to "," in all other files, but not here. Also, harmomizing the new name of one of the measures was missing.
