[BASOP CI] Add basops to be ignored for USAN in BASOP CI

Reason why this change is needed

• There are USAN errors reported in BASOPs which should be ignored. These are handled overflows.

Description of the change

• Adds functions to ignorelist for USAN test.

Affected operating points

• Removes USAN errors which we want to ignore.
