Description

As agreed in technical matters call today, this is the fix for combined format object metadata. Current state in main has it so that, e.g., stvOSBA_4ISM_FOA48c_ISM{1,2,3,4}.csv have the contents of stvISM4.csv. This is quite obviously wrong and correct way would be for ISM1 match to ISM1, ISM2 match to ISM2 and so on. This MR achieves this for STV vectors that are now stored in the repo.

This is very obviously non-BE for all OMASA and OSBA operation points with more than 1 ISM in them.
