Description of the change

• the factor of 0.5 in the post rendering is removed
• pre-rendered signals are amplified by a factor of 2 at the decoder to compensate the 0.5 in the encoder

Affected operating points

• OSBA with pre-rendering or EXT ouput is non BE
• decoder changes only
• bitstream should be BE
