Implement audio focus PI data and apply diegetic type PI data in rendering

Description of the change

Audio focus PI data (indication and request) is implemented and the rtp pytest is modified accordingly. The diegetic type PI data is applied in rendering (head orientations are turned off when all diegetic flags are set to zero).
