[BASOP-CI] update BASOP ci branch

Updates:

  • in pyivastest scripts: always used -no_delay_cmp when outputting a tracefile (to allow for repective fix in BASOP to be merged)
  • changes to scheduled sanitizer tests (only affect float, just for sake of synchronicity)
