[CI] Unify networkSimulator_g192 output suffix to netsimout

Reason why this change is needed

  • The output of the networkSimulator_g192, which is input to some of the JBM and SR test in 26.252, use both the suffix .netsimout and .rtpg192. To only list one of these in 26.252, they are unified to .netsimout.

Description of the change

  • Change .rtpg192 to .netsimout in tests/split_rendering/utils.py

Affected operating points

  • None, just that the file suffixes would be consistent in the 26.252 package.
